Refund Conditions:

  • Cancellation 5 days before delivery: Full refund minus a service charge of US$15 or 10% of the total payment, whichever is higher.

  • Cancellation 3 days before delivery: Refund of 50% of the total amount.

  • Cancellation less than 3 days before delivery: No refund will be issued.
