Return Policy 

We aim to deliver perfect cakes every time. If, for a valid reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we offer replacement (not refund) under the following conditions:

• The recipient must return the item within 3 working days of delivery.

• Replacement requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery if:

  • The item is faulty

  • The item is damaged during transit

Important Notes:

• Items cannot be exchanged for other products.

• Refunds are not available for returned items, only replacements are provided.
